Bought this 19" Samsung TV for our renovated kitchen and it looks great and works great. Sound is a little tinny but fine for this use. Unit is compact and lightweight so it kind of blends in with the countertop and other appliances that have black on them.

If you're looking for an HD television for a small room, this Samsung is just about perfect. It looks good, is very slim and lightweight, and has all the connections you need in back (including a headphone jack). The one drawback is the sound. The speakers are in the back of the television, so all of the sound projects in the opposite direction. Kind of a puzzler, but it definitely detracts from the viewing experience. Sure, you can hook up a stereo system to it and plug some component speakers into it, but if a TV with good sound is what you're after, and you're not looking to use separate speakers, you're going to be disappointed.
All in all, though, this is a good little TV that works like a charm!

I like the Samsung. (Just wish I'd purchased a bigger screen.) I Like the sound and I love the picture with it's widescreen. (Although, you will need to adjust the color to your liking.) The oval base is great if you need to save space for other electronic devices. All attachments are made in the rear so you won't see all those cords. I like that the manual buttons are on the side of the screen (right side with screen facing you). I do wish that this TV casing came in another color besides black or white. Maybe a silver? I bought the black and it looks better turned on than off. (But I suppose that's what it's made for.) Also, I like that this TV is energy star rated. You can save nearly $100 if you buy the TV as a customer return "like new" or "new" open box. Overall, good value for a small bedroom, but maybe better as a kitchen TV.

Received TV very quickly, installed it on my sailboat to replace old non-digital TV. VERY sensitive with amplified marine antenna, receives 28 channels in Tampa Bay FL area. Very easy to set up, intuitive in operation. EXCELLENT PICTURE.
ONLY complaint is low audio output, 100% is barely adequate, which was unexpected as all other larger Samsung TV's I have(3 sized 22", 32", 40") have very good audio.

The color is outstanding! Add to it that this new Samsung model comes
with 2 speakers, and you've got a great combination of desirable
features. This is a Winner!
